Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (i.e. the General Regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE.L 2016 No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we would like to inform you that:

2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer supervising the correct processing of personal data, who can be contacted by calling 17 865 1775 or by e-mail: iod@prz.edu.pl, in any matter regarding the processing of your personal data and the exercise of rights related to the processing of personal data.

3.Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

a) establishing initial contact with you, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent to the processing of personal data);

b) the Administrator providing services by electronic means within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 123, as amended), consisting in sending by the Administrator to the provided by your e-mail address of information about events organized by the Department of Foundry and Welding - based on a separate consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);

4. Your data may also be processed irrespective of the consent given in connection with the investigation / defense of claims, pursuant to art. 6 Article 1 lit. f GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator).

5. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Refusal to provide them (refusal to consent to their processing) is tantamount to the inability to establish initial contact or the inability to receive information about events organized by the Department of Foundry and Welding.

6. Your personal data will not be disclosed to external entities, except in cases provided for by law.

7. Your personal data will not be transferred to the recipient in a third country or an international organization.

8. The Administrator may entrust the processing of your personal data to external entities acting on behalf of the Administrator, e.g. an entity providing IT services in the field of servicing and removing failures in IT systems.

9. In the event of achieving the goal of establishing initial contact, your personal data will be processed until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent is withdrawn, which is the basis for this processing, or you object to data processing. In the case of the purpose of informing about events organized by the Department of Foundry and Welding, your personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, which is the basis for this processing, or until you object to the processing of this data. Your personal data may be processed during the period of limitation of claims related to the processing of such data for the purposes set out above.

10. You have the right to access your data, rectify it or limit its processing and the right to object to the processing or to remove it, if permitted by law, and the right to transfer your data to another entity by sending relevant e-mail to the address zois@prz.edu.pl.

11. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent, prior to its withdrawal, subject to the provisions of the law, by sending an appropriate e-mail to the following address zois@prz.edu.pl.

12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

13. Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes (including profiling).
